How It Works

1. ADVANCED SEARCH

Search for resumes by category, position, educational background, gender, number of years of experience or any other keyword

2. INTERVIEW LINE UP

Choose candidates you would like to interview. (Note: You need to accredit your company with POEA before conducting the actual interview.)

3. AGENCY LINEUP

Once accredited, our dedicated recruitment associates will also arrange or schedule interviews using other sourcing methods.

4. APPROVAL

Approve the candidates you would like to work for your company. We procure their signature on the job offer and job contract.

5. PROCESSING

Once candidates sign the job offer, we process their documents for visa application and other government requirements.

6. PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION

We prepare, induct and orientate your approved candidates, to your organization, workplace context, and geographical destination, so as to ensure a more successful cross cultural assimilation and a faster ramping up, in terms of role effectiveness.
